Computer Science Student at Maastricht University
Aspiring Creative developer
Originally from the US, I'm a CS student passionate about creative technology and interactive digital experiences, from games and media to software and web projects. Loving both art and technology, and the intersection of the two, I enjoy tackling challenging problems and turning creative ideas into something real — sometimes by chasing a weird idea to see if it works.

Overview
A 2D side-scrolling narrative game where the user plays as a ghost stuck in a time loop trying to prevent its own death, set in a high-fantasy world. This game is part of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Game Design and Development club's long-term project team. All aspects of the game from narrative, art, music, and code is made entirely by the club members.
Key Contributions
Defined creative vision and game direction
Organized project structure and workflows
Coordinated team communication and task delegation
Created in-depth tutorials and FAQs for team members to reference
Created pixel art assets and animations for in-world items, characters, inventory icons, and user interface
Reflection
This project was my first experience in a creative leadership role within a game development context. I learned how to collaborate on game creative vision while coordinating a team with different skill sets. It also improved my ability to organize workflows, onboard new contributors, and teach skills I'm knowledgeable about. On the creative side, I developed my skills in pixel art and asset creation for games. This experience confirmed my interest in working t the intersection of creative direction and technical development.

Tools & Technologies
Overview
A large-scale creative charity project involving over 100 artists and writers to produce a complete tarot deck and accompanying written works.
Key Contributions
Developed a Java program to assign cards to contributors without conflicts or repetitions
Managed a team of 20+ writers and artists
Handled deadlines and submissions
Created custom artworks for one tarot card and one digital merch piece
Reflection
This project gave me experience working within a large-scale collaborative environment involving over 100 contributors.Managing a team of creatives required strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, particularly when coordinating deadlines and handling complex contributor requirements.Developing the assignment system in Java also challenged me to think algorithmically even when I was fairly new in my Computer Science studies to ensure fair distribution while respecting constraints.Overall, this project strengthened both my leadership abilities and my ability to build tools that support creative workflows.
